Seasonal Produce Cocktails – May 2008



Our cocktail menu changes weekly to try and reflect the changing seasons in the same way as our food menu. When rhubarb came into season recently James got busy again with his giant boiling pot and started stewing it all down into a delicious rhubarb syrup affair.

Tasted amazing in our ‘rhubarb-tini’ mixed with Smirnoff black, lemon grass, fresh ginger, love, and lemon.

English strawberries have just come into season now and our ‘strawberry bulleit’ is delicious. Just need to work out what we can make with English Asparagus, cos that’s in season too!!
